In the unlikely event that you wish to return a product, please contact us for an easy returns process. Should an item arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. All returns should be made within 30 days of receipt otherwise refunds cannot be made. If you simply don't wish to keep an item please email us with your reason for return and we will process this for you. Items must be returned in unopened, unused, resaleable condition otherwise refunds will not be made. The refund of any item returned damaged will be judged on a case by case basis. Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of returned goods. R&C will not take responsibility for the cost of returning an item.

Antiques & Glass are fully photographed both on the website and prior to dispatch. If goods received are faulty or not as described then we will accept returns. Otherwise, no returns or refunds.

Please pack all items so that they will not be damaged in transit. Please note, collectible boxed items returned wrapped in paper packaging will get damaged in transit and will not be accepted for refund. We will send you the documents you require for returns.

If you receive the wrong item we will re-ship the correct item once the incorrect item has been returned in unopened, unused and totally resaleable condition. We will issue a returns label with a carrier of our choosing and the customer may be required to drop the parcel at a local ParcelShop. R&C will be unable to take responsibility for the cost of any item sent back with any other courier. In order to receive an exchange customer must contact us within 7 days of receipt of wrong item.

No refund will be granted for items lost in transit until R&C have received confirmation of the return from the courier. Customer may be requested to sign a Denial of Receipt declaration by R&C on behalf of the courier service. A refund or resend may not be issued until this is complete.

Items sent with Royal Mail will not be considered lost until 14 days have elapsed since dispatch. After this time a refund or resend will be issued if the customer has

Damaged or Faulty Items -

Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours. We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we are unable to refund items after a period of 30 days has elapsed.
